Happy Anniversary! Welcome to the second year of pigsounds.farm. Thank you all for viewing and engaging with the site. Just wanted to give some updates on whats going on.
I am currently doing recording and mixing for artists “The Dwindles” and “Kelsey Rain”. Hoping to work for “More Vibrant” in the Spring. I’ve mixed 3 tracks for “The Dwindles” that should come out in the near future and comet by “Kelsey Rain” will come out very soon.
The demo version of the plugins are still being furthered by our development team. Isaac Rhodes Design will be updating our color pallet, logo, fonts and designy things. I am also producing a radio show that would ideally happen once a week where pigSounds music and media would be broadcast on Instagram (@pigglythenwiggly) and then uploaded on Youtube. Also I want Face of a Lover to make pigSounds T shirts and jackets but I have not even mentioned this to them, lol. Very excited for these things in the works.
Also! I am starting to flesh out the concept of “Destroying a Demo” or the idea of making a demo into song. I want artists to be able to come to the pigSounds team and produce, record, mix and master their song and then also create a short interview and make a music video for the track. If you have any thoughts about this drop a comment! The project would entail $125 budget that would go to recording/hiring session musicians/props/etc and then $125 in team fees. I think this would be a cool opportunity for DIY artists working on a budget and also for our team to practice our skills.
